Join me for a six-week exploratory journey
Our Yes and No to the Pulsation of Life
A Pathwork Approach
A six-week program to explore the pulsation of life and the ways we either resist or live in harmony with that motion.
Life is motion. Life within us and around us is in constant motion. There are natural phases of expansion, relaxation and rest. In our efforts to create safety and stability in our lives, we may cling to beliefs, habits and expectations that can obstruct the pulsation of life within us.
In this class we will explore the expression of the pulsation of life and the ways we interfere or obstruct the inherent potency of life within us. We will discuss aspects of this process from the Pathwork lectures, and explore how these concepts are specifically true for each of us.
You will be guided through various explorations and learning processes to help you gain new insights about how you can release your resistance and find your YES to living a fuller, more engaged and harmonious life.
Monday nights from 7 to 9 PM Pacific Time via Zoom
May 6, 13, 20, 27 and June 3 and 10.
Cost: $120 for 6 weeks

What is Pathwork?
This video is a brief description of the spiritual and personal growth practice known as Pathwork, along with my own experience working with the Pathwork principle.
Pathwork is a practical spiritual teaching that supports our personal growth and transformation. It teaches us how to accept and unify all the parts of ourselves and connect more authentically with the people in our lives.
Pathwork is based on a series of channeled lectures given in New York City by Eva Pierrakos from 1955 until her passing in 1979. These lectures provide practical guidance on many aspects of human life.
What is special about Pathwork is that it covers the whole range of personal and spiritual growth. It starts with learning to accept ourselves as we are. We discover parts of ourselves that create pain in our lives and learn how to transform them.
Pathwork is practical. The path starts where you are and invites you to become aware of and accept whatever is alive in you. You address real life issues that are present for you in this moment. This may include difficulties in relationships or work life or it may involve dealing with difficult emotions. These challenges become entry points into your inner world. In the Pathwork process we come to identify with and live harmoniously with the divine wisdom and vitality that exists within us.
